1. Account registration

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the services without permission

3. Intellectual property

The services and associated content are owned by Intra Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload.

4. Data and privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intra Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
